Achieving Optimal pH Levels through Alkaline Diets and Lifestyle Habits

Maintaining the proper pH level within our bodies is crucial for optimal functioning. It requires a delicate balance between acidity and alkalinity. Excessive acidity can lead to inflammation, but adopting an alkaline diet can help restore equilibrium.

Esteemed nutritionist Anjali Mukerjee emphasizes the significance of correcting our eating habits and lifestyle to address acid-alkali imbalances. Even while following an alkaline diet, factors like late nights and sleep deprivation can make the body more acidic.

Anjali suggests incorporating dietary changes to maintain an alkaline state, aiming for 75-80% alkaline foods and limiting acid-forming foods to 20-25%. One valuable addition is the inclusion of almonds in our diet.
