Ensuring No One Goes Hungry: The Mission of Project Ehsaas

Project Ehsaas is a community kitchen in southeast Delhi’s Kanchan Kunj area that distributes food packets to the hungry. The project, run by volunteers, serves around 800 meals each day, consisting of vegetable pulao cooked under hygienic conditions in a spacious kitchen.

The food is vegetarian to ensure that people of different religions who may not eat meat are not inadvertently served non-vegetarian food.

Feroze Khan, in charge of the project, aims to feed the hungry and ensure that everyone benefits from their efforts.
