Irfana Zargar: Pioneering the Menstrual Health Movement in Kashmir

Irfana Zargar, renowned as the Padwoman of Kashmir, stands at the forefront of the menstrual health and hygiene awareness campaign in the region. Her relentless efforts involve combatting deep-seated taboos and rigid mindsets surrounding this crucial health issue for women.
