However, for those managing chronic conditions such as fatty liver, diabetes, high cholesterol, and blood pressure, these choices are not viable. Nutrition experts suggest that an ideal morning meal should not only provide fuel for the day but also promote satiety.

A well-rounded breakfast should include protein, high-fibre foods, healthy fats, and a moderate amount of carbohydrates to maintain a balanced and nourishing diet.
