Yes, the central government, or the Sports Authority of India, was beneficial after I was selected for the world championship. I am in Gujarat, practicing in SAI, with all the proper amenities that a para swimmer requires.
I hope the state government will provide the same for disabled players one day so they do not have to live alone in a different state to practice.
