Javed Ahmad Tak, a resident of Bijbehara town in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district, founded Zaiba Aapa Institute of Inclusive Education. Despite his disability, Javed has dedicated his life to helping specially-abled children. He cannot sit or stand due to the weakness in the lower part of his body caused by his spinal cord injury.
