11-Year-Old Girl from Kerala Develops AI-Based Eye Disease Detection App

11-year-old Leena Rafeeq from Kerala has developed a mobile application named ‘Ogler EyeScan’ that uses artificial intelligence to detect eye diseases and other conditions using an iPhone.

Leena Rafeeq created the app when she was just 10 years old, and after a year of development, she has now submitted it to the App Store, where iOS users can access it. In a recent post on LinkedIn, Leena shared information on how the app works and provided a video demonstration.

Her invention showcases that age is just a number for precocious children who can make a significant impact with their innovative ideas.
