Swati Sharma: A Journey of Perseverance and Triumph

Swati Sharma, hailing from Satna district, secured an impressive All India Rank (AIR) of 15. Despite facing initial challenges, she exhibited unwavering determination. Swati, daughter of Dhanendra Sharma and a resident of Bhatanbara village, resided in Jabalpur during her Civil Services Exam preparation. Having completed her engineering degree from Hitkarni College of Engineering and Technology, Jabalpur, Swati expressed her heartfelt gratitude to her parents for their support. She shared that this success resulted from her third attempt, where she overcame the preliminary hurdle in her first attempt and reached the interview round in her second attempt.

Anushka Sharma: Making Her Mark at AIR 20

Anushka Sharma, a resident of Indore, claimed the 20th position in the UPSC Civil Services Exam. Inspired by her cousin, Himani Sharma, Anushka aspires to continue her family legacy and become the next UPSC officer. After graduating from the City University of New York, Anushka became a civil servant. She attributed her success to her role model and cousin, who supported and guided her throughout her journey. Anushka’s determination paid off, as she cleared the exam on her third attempt without attending any coaching institutes, relying instead on self-preparation and mock tests. She aims to focus on women’s empowerment and improving healthcare facilities.

Sanskriti Somani: From IITian to IAS

Sanskriti Somani, daughter of Manoj Somani, a BJP district president, and Kiran Somani, made her mark by securing a place in the prestigious Indian Administrative Services (IAS). After schooling at Kashyap Vidhyapeeth, Sanskriti pursued engineering at the renowned Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi (IIT BHU). While working at a private bank, she simultaneously prepared for the Civil Services Exam. Sanskriti’s exceptional academic, social, cultural, and sports achievements showcased her dedication and passion for serving the people. Despite receiving a lucrative job offer after her engineering studies, Sanskriti prioritized her IAS preparation, leading to her successful clearance on her second attempt.
