- They must have passed Matriculation (10th standard) or an equivalent examination from a recognized board or university.
- They should know the local language and dialect of the area of the IB office for which they are applying.
- They should be between the ages of 18 and 25 years.
Recruitment process for the Security Assistant (SA)
The recruitment process for the Security Assistant (SA) – Executive post will consist of a written test and an interview. The written test will be of objective type and will consist of questions related to general awareness, reasoning, mathematical abilities, and language skills. Candidates who qualify for the written test will proceed for an interview.
Recruitment process for the Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)
The recruitment process for the Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) – General post will consist of a written test. The written test will be of objective type and will consist of questions related to general awareness, reasoning, mathematical abilities, and language skills.
