- Must have a B.Sc. degree in Physics, Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Instrumentation.
- OR, must have BE/B.Tech/3-Year Engineering Diploma in the above streams.
- Age: 18-33 years as of 1 July 2025.
- Technician Grade-III:
- Must have passed Class 10th (Matriculation) and ITI certificate from NCVT/SCVT in related trades.
- OR, 10+2 with Physics and Maths for S&T trades.
- Age: 18-36 years as of 1 July 2025.

Selection Process
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): Objective-type online exam for both posts.
- Document Verification: Candidates who qualify for CBT will be called for document checking.
