Sufiya Sufi, India’s prolific ultra-runner

Sufiya Sufi, India’s prolific ultra-runner, is embarking on a remarkable challenge to secure her fifth Guinness record. Her goal is to run from Manali to Leh in under 100 hours, revisiting a route she previously conquered in 2021, taking 156 hours.

Speaking from her base in a Manali village, Sufiya expressed her determination to push herself further. Currently training in Majach village, just 10 kilometers from Manali, she aims to achieve peak preparedness by June.

Planning for the first week of July, Sufiya understands the importance of mental readiness and is allowing herself ample time for it.
