Intelligence Bureau Recruitment 2023 | The Intelligence Bureau (IB), under the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), has recently released a notification for the recruitment of Security Assistant (SA)-Executive and Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)-General in the Subsidiaries of Intelligence Bureau, Government of India. It is an excellent opportunity for eligible candidates who wish to work in the Indian government’s premier intelligence agency.

Process for the recruitment

The recruitment process will begin on January 28, 2023, and interested candidates can apply online through the Ministry of Home Affairs website, www.mha.gov.in. It is important to note that the recruitment process will be in two phases – the written test and the interview.

The eligibility criteria for the Security Assistant (SA) – Executive post are as follows:

  • Candidates must be Indian citizens.
  •  They must have passed a 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board or university.
  •  They should know the local language and dialect of the area of the IB office for which they are applying.
  •  They should be between the ages of 18 and 27 years.

The eligibility criteria for the Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) – General post are as follows:

  • Candidates must be Indian citizens.
  •  They must have passed Matriculation (10th standard) or an equivalent examination from a recognized board or university.
  •  They should know the local language and dialect of the area of the IB office for which they are applying.
  •  They should be between the ages of 18 and 25 years.

Recruitment process for the Security Assistant (SA)

The recruitment process for the Security Assistant (SA) – Executive post will consist of a written test and an interview. The written test will be of objective type and will consist of questions related to general awareness, reasoning, mathematical abilities, and language skills. Candidates who qualify for the written test will proceed for an interview.

Recruitment process for the Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)

The recruitment process for the Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) – General post will consist of a written test. The written test will be of objective type and will consist of questions related to general awareness, reasoning, mathematical abilities, and language skills.

The recruitment process will be transparent, and candidates will be selected based on their merit and performance in the written test and interview.
