Kashmiri Vendors Promoting Kashmiri Art and Earning Livelihood in Assam

Kashmiri Art: Kashmiri shawl is the first name that comes to mind when discussing shawls in winter. Besides being warm, Kashmiri shawls are beautiful. A thin shawl keeps you warm. There is a worldwide appreciation for Kashmiri wool artwork. It is perhaps for this reason that when the Kashmir valleys are covered in snow, the Kashmir shawl sellers sell shawls all over the country. Few come to the North-Eastern state every year during the cold season for many decades to sell Kashmiri shawls.
