Gunjaria Village’s history unfolds over 700 years, with “Sarkar Patti” serving as a longstanding community. Master Mohammed Aslam, a resident of Sarkar Patti, traces the roots back to 1537-38 AD during the Mughal era. The village’s origin, intertwined with Mughal invasions and subsequent reclaiming, adds a historical layer to its cultural richness.

Peaceful Coexistence: Muslims and Hindus Through Generations

Throughout its evolution, Gunjaria has been a testament to the peaceful coexistence between Muslims and Hindus. With Shibhu Mahuti overseeing the oldest Hindu temple and 14 Hindu communities contributing to the village’s vibrancy, Gunjaria is a living example of communal harmony.
