Namaz Offered At The Islamic Center Of India For Chandrayaan-3’s Success

As India’s much-anticipated Chandrayaan-3 mission gears up for a historic lunar landing at the moon’s southern pole, an outpouring of prayers and global well-wishes marks the countdown to this momentous event. Scheduled for Wednesday at 18:04 hours (6:04 pm), the lander Vikram’s journey has captured the imagination of Indians across faiths and continents.

Indians from various faiths gather at temples and mosques, offering sincere prayers for the success of Chandrayaan-3’s mission. In a touching gesture, Muslims in Lucknow united at the Islamic Center of India to perform a heartfelt namaz, praying for the mission’s success. Even on the international stage, notable figures such as Elon Musk, the owner of X, extended their best wishes, recognizing the significance of India’s ambitious space venture.

Vikram Doraiswami, India’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, encapsulated the essence of the mission’s importance. He hailed it as an emblem of India’s remarkable achievements and a beacon of the nation’s steadfast progress. Doraiswami praised India’s cost-effective, tech-rich space program, igniting youth imagination and highlighting its journey from modest origins to boundless aspirations.
